It is highly recommended that all kits purchased from Higher Level Automotive (herein referred to as HLA) be installed by a trained and/or certified professional. Nevertheless, HLA is not liable nor responsible for any damages received by the installer or bystanders, or any damages to the vehicle(s) which the kit is installed in due to the proper or improper use/installation of the kit.

By purchasing a kit from HLA, you understand the inherent risks of modifying lighting systems on a vehicle and changing OEM parts. These risks may include, but are not limited to; damage to electrical systems and wiring, damage to headlight units, fuses, and injury to the installer of the kit. These risks are not more prone in kits sold by HLA, but are inherent and present in any modification kit from any company.

WARNING: Laws concerning this product vary from state to state (within the U.S.), province to province (within Canada), and among the different levels of jurisdiction in any country, worldwide. Your state/province may prohibit its use on public roads or restrict its use to novelty, show use, off-road areas, or race facility areas only. In some states/provinces off-road uses are also prohibited. The manufacturer and HLA assume no responsibility for any use or application of this product in violation of any applicable law. Before installing this product, you must check your state/provincial and local/municipal laws and regulations.

REFUND POLICY: If a customer believes the kit is broken, the customer may ship the kit back to HLA at their expense, fully insured (with a declared insurance value of $175). When the kit is delivered to HLA, it will be tested.

If the kit is found to be in working condition, the customer may choose to:
A)
Pay for the shipping of the kit back to them (standard FedEx ground rate).
B)
Opt to receive a refund of the original purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee, without a refund of the shipping they paid to send the kit back to HLA.

If the kit is found to be broken, then HLA will refund the customer the shipping cost (standard FedEx ground rate) from their address to HLA, and they will have the option of having a new kit sent to them, or receiving a full refund.

Should you like to return your kit because you no longer want it, or for other reasons, you must ship it back to HLA at your expense, and the kit must arrive in 'new' and working condition. You will then receive a refund of the original purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee, without a refund of the shipping they paid to send the kit back to HLA.

The Kits, excluding the bulbs, have a 12 month warranty, but the warranty does not cover misuse or improper installation.

Bulbs are not covered under the warranty and are not eligible for return or refund.
